Training for Educators on Empowering Young People with Disabilities in the Labor Market
Our project is excited to announce a 7-day training for educators and trainers from partner organizations who are interested in developing their competences and professional capacities to engage young people with disabilities in educational programs aimed at empowering and providing them with useful skills. The training will take place in Sassari, Italy and will focus on using non-formal education to teach critical thinking skills to young people with disabilities, helping them to integrate into the labor market.

- 25 participants (5 trainers from each partner country)
- Hosted by MVNGO in Sassari, Italy for 7 days
- Using non-formal education methodology to develop critical thinking skills
- Focused on empowering young people with disabilities in the labor market
- Aims to provide useful skills for integrating into the workforce
- Includes sessions on soft skills, transversal skills, and competencies related to critical thinking
- Debriefing sessions and evaluation questionnaires provided to assess individual learning outcomes and the quality of the sessions.
